As Starbone’s popularity in the early 90's grew, their lead guitar player/ backup singer’s interest in the group’s schedule and evolving sound dwindled and eventually led him to leaving the band in the late 90’s. He would late emerge as the lead singer/guitarist of Minneapolis band, Crusader States. Born from the frigid temperatures of Pittsburgh, Crusader States offer a driving sound with a locked in rhythm section, which lays the foundation for insightful dark lyrics and guitar licks that bite more than an early February morning.
